Agreement to terms
By using this website or engaging Tiger Digital for services, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with something here, let us know before you book — we're happy to talk it through.
What we do
Tiger Digital provides two kinds of services:
- Digital Marketing — done-for-you social media management, website development and upkeep, review generation, an AI receptionist, and missed-call text-back, billed as a flat monthly rate.
- AI Consulting & Support — a one-time AI diagnostic (a discovery call and a written report), or an ongoing AI advisor relationship billed monthly.
Current pricing for each is posted on the relevant page of this site and may change over time — existing clients keep the rate they signed at, as described on the Services and Digital Marketing pages.
No guaranteed results
We do good, honest work and we stand behind it, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes — more leads, more sales, a certain review rating, or a certain amount of time saved. Marketing and AI adoption depend on a lot of factors outside our control, including your market, your team, and how a recommendation gets implemented.
What we need from you
To do this work well, we need accurate information about your business and reasonable access to the accounts, tools, or systems involved (like your website, social accounts, or scheduling software, where applicable). Delays in providing access or information can delay the work.
Payment
Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis and can be canceled per the terms discussed when you sign up. One-time services (like the AI Diagnostic) are billed as a flat rate for that engagement. We'll always tell you the price before any work begins.
Ownership of work
Once you've paid in full for a project or deliverable made specifically for your business (like a website or a diagnostic report), it's yours. Tools, frameworks, templates, and general methods we use to do the work remain ours, and we may reuse them for other clients.
Cancellation
You can cancel an ongoing monthly service at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, by emailing us. One-time engagements aren't refundable once the work has begun, except at our discretion.
Limitation of liability
Tiger Digital isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or this website, to the extent allowed by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you're okay with the updated version.
