What we collect, why, and what we do (and don't do) with it.

Overview
Tiger Digital ("we," "us," "our") runs this website at mrtigerdigital.com. This page explains what information we collect from visitors and clients, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it in plain language.
Information we collect
We only collect what you give us directly. Right now, that's limited to:
- Contact form submissions — name, email address, business name, what you're interested in, and whatever you write in the message field.
- Direct email — if you email us directly, we have whatever's in that email and your email address.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking cookies on this site, and we don't collect information passively beyond standard web server logs (like IP address and browser type, which most hosting providers log automatically for security purposes).
How we use your information
We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, follow up about our services, and — if you become a client — deliver the work you've hired us for. That's it. We don't use your information to build advertising profiles, and we don't use it for anything beyond the conversation or engagement you started with us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason. We don't buy or sell leads, and nothing you submit here becomes a marketing list for a third party.
We do use a small number of service providers to run the site and respond to you, who process data on our behalf:
- Formspree — processes and delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — powers our scheduling and communication tools if you become a client.
- Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on this site; Google may log basic request data (like IP address) as part of serving font files, under Google's own privacy policy.
These providers only see what's needed to do their specific job — they don't get to use your information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep client and inquiry information for as long as it's useful for the business relationship, and generally delete or archive old inquiries that never became client work after a reasonable period. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just ask — see below.
Your choices
You can ask us, at any time, to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email mrtigerdigital@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Children's privacy
This site and our services are intended for business owners and operators, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you're okay with the updated version.
