One service / Reviews & your Google profile

Five Stripes

Not a marketing bundle. One system that does the thing most local businesses know they should be doing and never get to — asking every customer for a review, every time, and keeping the Google profile that review count feeds into in good shape. Month to month, small setup fee, no contract.

  • Google Business Profile tune-up

We go through the whole profile — categories, services, service area, hours, description, attributes, photos, and the Q&A — and fix what's missing or wrong. This is the part that decides whether Google even considers you for the map pack.

  • Automatic review requests

Every customer gets a text and email asking for a review right after the job or visit — with a link that makes leaving one a two-tap job. It fires off your existing system, so nobody on your team has to remember.

  • Smart follow-up

Most people mean to leave a review and forget. If they don't respond in a few days, we send one polite nudge. That single follow-up is where a large share of the reviews actually come from.

  • Every review answered

We draft a reply to every review that comes in — good or bad — in your voice, for you to approve. Google rewards profiles that respond, and a calm reply to a bad one does more for you than the review costs.

  • Review cards & links

A QR card for the counter or the truck, a short link for your email signature and invoices — the same review flow, everywhere a happy customer might be standing.

  • A one-page monthly report

Requests sent, new reviews, where your rating moved, and the numbers straight off your Google profile — calls, direction requests, website clicks — compared to the month you started. Plain language, no dashboard to log into.

How it works

Set up once, then it just runs

We fix the profile

In the first week we get access to your Google Business Profile, take a snapshot of where it stands — rating, review count, and the traffic numbers — and clean up every section that's holding it back.

We turn on the ask

We connect the review requests to how you already close out a job, set the follow-up timing, and get your cards and links in hand. From here, every customer gets asked the same way.

It compounds

Reviews come in weekly instead of a few a year. Rating ticks up, the map ranking follows, and the calls follow that. Each month builds on the last — which is exactly why it doesn't work to stop.

Pricing

Priced by how many customers you see

The only thing that changes between tiers is how many review requests go out each month. Not sure which one you are? We'll size it on the call — and you can move between tiers any time.

Why it moves the needle

Reviews are the lever on local search

Review count, how recent they are, your star rating, and how complete your profile is — that's most of what decides who lands in the top three on Google Maps. Get those moving and the calls move with them.

Illustrative example. One extra booked job a month usually covers the fee several times over — that's the whole case for doing it.

Straight answers

The questions we always get

Is this allowed by Google?

Yes — because we do it the way Google's own rules require. We ask every customer for a review the same way. We don't screen people first, we don't route unhappy customers to a private form instead of Google, and we never offer a discount or anything else in exchange for a review. Those shortcuts get profiles penalized; we don't use them.

What happens when we get a bad review?

You'll get fewer of them, because you're now hearing from all your happy customers instead of mostly the annoyed ones. When one does come in, we draft a calm, professional reply for you to approve. A business that responds well to criticism often reads better to the next person than one with nothing but five stars.

Do we own the reviews and the profile?

Completely. It's your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and your customer data — we just run the system on top of it. If you ever stop, everything stays with you and we hand back a clean export.

Is there a contract?

No. There's a small one-time setup fee to build out your profile and wire everything up, then it's month to month with nothing locking you in. We'd rather earn the next month by your rating going up.

How is this different from your $500/mo package?

The Growth Package is your whole digital presence — social, website, the phone, and reviews. Five Stripes is only the reviews-and-profile piece, on its own, for a lot less. Plenty of businesses start here and add the rest later.

How fast do we see something?

New reviews start within the first couple of weeks once the ask is live. Movement in the map ranking usually shows over one to three months as the review count and recency build up.
